Spend three months learning inside a working Belgian kitchen, owned and run by a member of The 33 Masterchefs of Belgium, with the option to extend to six months if you and your host both agree. Culinary Bridge handles the application and the administrative paperwork, so you can focus on the craft. All internships are conducted in English.

Every member is an independent chef-owner, admitted on the nomination of existing members in recognition of exceptional skill, creativity and dedication to the craft. Together with the Compagnons de la Toque Blanche, they form a network of some of Belgium’s finest kitchens.
